Uhhhh.

1. Pedo Bear is always relevant.

2. I kinda think smilies should stay disabled, it makes the site feel more professional, and animated smilies could distract or annoy people, I know I hate it when my or is turned into a picture. x.x;

Well some smilies that actually have a reason to be displayed. Anything with excessive animation may not be so entertaining. Because with more animation, some people may have "lagging" occur. Then again, some smilies should be taken into consideration if necessary.

Even though, if you want to re-host an emoticon from DA, I know you have to have a credit of that icon somewhere, since there are many icons and many users have made various and interesting ones, then again, are they really necessary? This is just my opinion.
